Obituary
James Allen Manning, 39, of Victoria entered into rest Thurs, Jan 1, 2009. He was born Nov
19, 1969 in Silvas, IL. He graduated from Hamilton Technical College in Davenport, IA and
had worked for the past 10 years as a technician for Tech Electronics. He adored his
children and enjoyed spending time coaching the "Cardinals" for Hillsboro Little
League. He is survived by his wife, Deena Marie (Ford) Manning; stepson: Brent Hawley;
mother, Shirley (Brian) Ballard of Bettendorf, IA; father, Jim (Vicki) Manning of
Maquoketa, IA; brothers: Jeff (Cindy) Manning of Coralville, IA and David (Stacy) Manning
of Bettendorf, IA; and nieces: Jessica and Julia Manning.
He is preceded in death by son, Austin Tyler Manning and daughter, Caralyn Grace Manning.
