NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Mary, Missouri will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 beginning at 6:30 PM at city hall located at 782 3rd Street. This is an open meeting and the public is invited to attend.

  1. Ordinance No. 801-Adopting a Safety Policy for the City of St. Mary
  2. Ordinance NO. 802-Amending Ord. 613 Animals in Cemetery
  3. 2003 International Standards-Building Codes
  4. Report by Alderman Bovey on Water/Sewer
  5. Report by Alderman Gerardot on Cemetery & Newsletter
  6. Report by Alderman Bequette on Dump Truck, culvert at corner of Spruce & Sixth Street, Doug Roderique’s ditch, potholes and street repair, and tractor gauge repairs.
  7. Report by Alderman Odem on metal plates for city
  8. Donation letter for Cemetery sent by clerk
  9. Report by Mayor on culvert placement for 4th Street and water runoff at Marion Cliff
  10. Other city business that may so arise
