NOTICE OF BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING

The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Mary, Missouri will hold a Monthly Meeting on Thursday, May 11, 2006 beginning at 7:00 PM at the St. Mary City Hall located at 782 3rd Street. This is an open meeting and the public is invited to attend.

TENTATIVE AGENDA

Public Forum:

1.      John Becker—regarding license for re-cycling & use of Buyout property(former Sam Worley Prop)

Administration Dept.

1.  Approval of the minutes of April 13, 2006 and April 20, 2006

2.  Approval to pay bills

3.  Ordinance No. 789—Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with First Class Services

4.  Ordinance No. 790—An ordinance to opt out of State Imposed Sales Tax Holiday

5.  Appointments of the mayor

6.  Appointments by the mayor for the St. Mary Community Building Association Board

Old Business:

1.  Procurement Policy for the city discussed at April 13th meeting

2.  Building Permit Procedures discussed at April 13th meeting

3.  Discuss property owner’s responsibility to see that contractor get license

The tentative agenda of this meeting also includes a vote to close a part of this meeting pursuant to Section 610.021(3) to discuss personnel matters.
